Not satisfied with your order? We're very sorry and would love to hear what we can do to make you happy.
You can return your order within 14 days and we will ensure the purchase price is credited to your account within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps
Step 1: Contact our customer service via the contact form or send an email to info@Healthi-shop.com stating your order number.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed in our terms and conditions and on the return form. Make sure to include a track and trace code with the package. As the sender, you are fully responsible for the return costs.
Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount will be transferred back into your bank account within 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE - Products that are part of "Hygienic products" unfortunately cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. (underwear, personal care products, health and wellness products, medical devices, ...)
